My name is Patricia Shea and I am an artist/surface designer who LOVES to bake, make, photograph, illustrate and eat desserts. The art part is my work, the British Puddings part is about fun and maintaining traditions. As you may or may not know ALL desserts in the UK are known as puddings - you can pudding for pudding, or a pie, cake or even a biscuit (cookie) I do not originate most of the recipes - they are from books, magazines or online and I either give credit or link to the original recipe.
