| Introduction | My first day running was December 26, 2009. Since that time I have logged hundreds of miles, run a couple of marathons, competed in multiple Triathlons, and lost 40 pounds along the way. I love competing and enter many races of various distances. My two boys have started running and have joined the same Multisport club as me. We run, ski, bike, and have fun being together. |
