| Introduction | The name I picked for my blog is Pippilotta, the official name of Pippi Longstocking. It is also a little play on my own name. I always admired Pippi's flamboyance and independent streak and how she whipped up pancake batter with a bath brush! My aim is to focus on recipes that are simple, easily followed and written clearly. I would like to share my favorite ones with friends in the hope that they will enjoy preparing these dishes as much as I do! |
