About Me

This site is about cultivating the open mind that may see the truth. The I behind it is but a fleshly character replacement algorithm... And yet, I am Buddha. All is one, and impermanent, yet I am here and separate. I cultivate the way-seeking mind, yet I know that leaving the way I find its end. I live with a wife and a daughter, have a son in college and a son working, and I struggle to teach what I can of life's relatives and absolutes to those I meet with every day. I weep at the unnecessary suffering we cause in the world every day, yet I accept the suffering that is this life with gratitude and love. I see that all is well and will be well, yet I would do that which I see in front of me that needs to be done for the suffering of the world. I would open eyes. Look!

You have a red jar of cedar chips. Why do moths miss the forest?

Because their wings fluttered so softly in the green mist.
