A 20 + year veteran of the restaurant industry, now Executive Chef and co-owner of Cooks & Company personal chef service in Tampa, FL. I cook, I write sometimes, and I've always got something on my mind. Here is a place to drop those thoughts. There are plenty of blogs out there that give you a standard recipe. Does this teach you how to cook? If I post a recipe, I'm going to take the time to explain why things are done, so that you actually learn how to cook, not follow the latest regurgitation from a stand and stir cooking show.
