I am 42 years old. I live in eastern Iowa. I have struggled with weight issues all my life and in Febuary 2008 I weighed in at 470+ pounds. I made the decision at taht time to change my life. Since then I have dropped 180 pounds and I am working hard to drop the remaining 100.
