| Introduction | I was born in 1979 and am your typical nerd. My idea of a good Friday night is staying up until 2AM playing video games, drinking Dt. Mountain Dew by the 2 liter and eating Cheetos. 2 years ago I decided to start adding exercise to my daily life and went from running about 2 miles a day 5 days a week and being 360 lbs to running 7 miles a day 6 days a week and weighing 200 lbs. I also used an exercise bike for about an hour a day during this time. Want more info, read the blog. I can talk about myself forever. |
