| Introduction | I love powerlifting and the whole philosophy around it. I have been doing this sport since 2006 and although I cannot compete right now (I tore tissues on my left ankle and damaged right knee - didn't happen during powerlifting training) I still train and enjoy the functional training which is the basis of any powerlifting training.
As you could probably see, I am rather fan of "eastern" training than the "west-coast" way. And I also don't agree with the way powerlifting is heading (GPC, WPC, two ply dresses, shallow squats, benchpresses held on big bellies, etc.). However, I will be definitely putting some videos of federations other than IPF as well. Last but not least, we have a small IPF powerlifting club in Zilina (Slovakia), take a look at our Facebook page. I used to search for various powerlifting-related videos and send them to others via email, but why not to share them together with my thoughts with everybody?
