About me

Introduction We study, we philosophize, because we recognize that beyond this mortal coil there exists something great and eternal. And so we seek the Truth that we might "accept what is given beyond what we know" (Schall, On the Unseriousness of Human Affairs, 167). How we seek after that truth, that which is eternally given, matters for this life and the next. Knock and it will be opened to you. The one who seeks finds. We must, as St. Paul and Eliot wrote, redeem the time. Cheers! Follow me on Twitter: @drmitchington
