| Introduction | Hector Curiel’s a Masters of Business Administration with Global Management specialization (MBA/GM). He’s also a Telecommunications Engineer and an Electronics Engineer. He’s taken many IT and business courses, some related to leadership and management. He’s worked as supervisor, coordinator, leader, and manager on diverse IT areas such as projects, planning, help desk, administration, training, and finances; mainly on telecommunications, computing networks, and customer services’ industries. Currently works as general manager with a focus on sales, and oversees the customer service department. Hector Curiel shares experience blogging at businerdss.blogspot.com. He is also a collaborator at Managers Magazine (Spain), and has written for some other periodicals both printed and on-line. Among other groups, he’s also a member of the Microsoft Learning IT Manager Advisory Council; and has delivered business and leadership related presentations to organizations such as Dale Carnegie Business Group, Vancouver Technology UG and .NET User Group of British Columbia. |
