About me

Introduction I graduated from Rowan University in 1980 with a BA in Early Childhood Education. For 13 years, I taught students classified as Language Delayed/Learning Disabled; Multiply Handicapped, and Neurologically/Perceptually Impaired. The following seven years I experienced the joys and challenges of being a stay at home mom. Incredibly pregnant with my third son, I visited a parent co-op with my middle son, and told the teacher, "This is my dream job! Someday I'd love to work here!" Five years later, my "baby" graduated from nursery school, and I began teaching three year olds on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons at the same school. Now, I am the Director and Head Teacher. I work "part-time" and strive for balance in the children's education and my personal life! I live with my husband, my sons that still live at home, a crazy dog and two cats that really don't like each other. Life is good.
