Interests	Hello! Welcome to Life in the Scrapatch. I am Pat. I am married for 30+ years to my best friend and we have three beautiful adult children, who always take my breath away. I made flannel applique baby quilts for my babies over twenty years ago with no clue as to what I was doing. They loved them to pieces. Then I did no quilting for many years until my youngest, My Girl, was going away to college and the nesting instinct hit in reverse and I decided she had to have a quilt made by The Mom to cuddle her. So we went to the fabric store. I bought a "How To Quilt in 10 Lessons" magazine and she picked out enough fabric for two quilts. I made the quilts, one from the magazine and one without any pattern, and the rest is, as they say, history. Sew now I am a quilter and this blog is the continuing story of my quilting journey.
