Francis L. Holland is a Black lawyer, dedicated to increasing the representation of women, Blacks and other sociological minorities in elected government at the local, state and national levels. A USA native, Francis communicates in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French, seeking opportunties to learn more languages. A lifelong Democratic Party voter, Francis has worked to elect Blacks to local, state and national government since 1981. Francis lives in Brazil, previously lived in France and visiting Italy and Poland. He's traveled throughout Latin America, including Chile, Peru, Columbia, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala and Mexico. Francis is a socialist who favors national health care as well as free public schools; public police and fire departments; public libraries and other joint public endeavors for the benefit of all.
