Introduction	I'm a homebrewer, and in an effort to explore ingredients and recipes, I love to Try beer! Having beer to Africa, Australia and New Zealand, I've had the opportunity to taste beer from around the world. I'm currently begining my senior year at Augustana College in Rock Island. I'm a biology major (Zymology?) and run Cross-Country and Track (miler). All in all I'm extremely enthusiastic about beer and want to continue to develop my Palate. So, here are Beer to Try!
