| Introduction | Hi, I’m Frank Mulgrew, President of the Online Education Institute of Post University. My passion lies in online education. My focus over the past 12 years has been in the management, design, and implementation of online degree programs, as well as academic administration, admissions, and instructional design. Since I joined Post University in 2004, our online program has grown from fewer than 100 students to more than 11,000 students. I also helped Post gain accreditation for our Online MBA Degree Program, Connecticut's first completely online MBA degree program. Before joining Post University, I held management and leadership positions at Drexel in traditional campus-based and online programs. I’ve also taught at Drexel, as well as Post University and Immaculata. I’ve spoken at national conferences on the future of higher education, and online learning and design.
