Introduction	I got my start in business immigration working for the Research Foundation of the City University of New York (RFCUNY) as the Assistant Director of Human Resources. It this capacity I performed a number of typical Human Resources and Labor Relations functions. But the part of the position that I enjoyed the most, and devoted the most of myself to, was overseeing RFCUNY's employment-based immigration matters. It was this immense enjoyment of the field that pushed me into private practice as an immigration attorney, practicing solely immigration law. Since being in private practice, I have written and spoken widely on a variety of immigration-related subjects.
