Why would a bank Foreclosure.............. Because no one is talking to them is the only answer. If you talk to them, or hire a professional person to talk to them on your behalf, they will not foreclose, you will "loose" the house but it will be through a sale and your credit will not be damaged as much as if Foreclosure happens or you file BK.
