Introduction You don't need fancy shmancy appliances or ingredients to create scrumptious fare. I try to develop alternate methods for the sometimes complicated "fit for foodie" recipes we all love, because with a full-time job and dog, devoting an entire day to planning, organizing, prepping, and executing delectable recipes isn't practical.
Interests Healthy, well-balanced eating is important to me, so I modify recipes accordingly. For example, I may decrease the amount of sugar for which a recipe calls, increase the recipe's serving size, or use lower-calorie substitutes. If possible, I provide the nutritional information for what I've made and source recipe.
