It is about getting results. In this case the result is more leads that convert to sales. As an engineer turned sales person, getting the result has been the way that I have worked for years. Creating ads that do not work is not why we advertise and market. If you apply an engineering discipline to the sales cycle strange things happen - advertising and marketing start to work together as a system. The engineering training has pushed me to always look to reduce cost while increasing results at the same time. This has led to some very effective combinations of processes that are able to increase sales and market response by sometimes as much as 200%. I have been in the field of sales as a regional account manager for the last 10 years and have been responsible for both lead generation, marketing and advertising. Selling is part of me.
