Introduction	Michael Hoisington has experience and expertise in the areas of trademark and copyright prosecution and protection, e-commerce and entertainment law. He is experienced in effective procedures for protecting trademarks and copyrights, including prosecution of federal trademark and copyright applications, and advises clients in those areas. Mr. Hoisington works closely with musicians and entertainment industry professionals, advising them regarding intellectual property and related legal issues. Mr. Hoisington also handles intellectual property litigation, and has assisted in a number of patent, trademark and copyright litigation matters. He has also prosecuted and defended domain disputes using the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (“UDRP”). He has significant experience litigating oppositions and cancellations at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (“TTAB”). Mr. Hoisington is admitted to practice before all state courts and all federal district courts in California, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, The United States Court of Federal Claims, and the United States Court of International Trade.
