Introduction	Growing up in TX there was no fresh fish or produce, and cow was readily available. My 1st lobster was while at school in Boston MA, and my 1st real foray into fresh produce and seafood was after moving to the Seattle area, where I now reside. I met Matt while we were both were waiting for the cue to go onstage. We have 2 little furry girls, Bubble & Squeak born in '02, and a 3rd, Kippers was born in '08. Bubble & Squeak are twin Torties & Kippers is a Snowshoe. After meeting Matt my culinary world grew by leaps & bounds. He loves to eat & got me to start trying new things. Thus this blog was born. I don't pretend to be some bigwig food critic. In fact most times I can't put into words exactly why I do or don't like something I've eaten. I can only say it was or wasn't good. I can compare the very similar dish from 1 restaurant/chef to another. I am stil learning how to write this blog. What I do know is that I have found I enjoy sharing my food experiences with you via the photos and the few words I match up with those photos. I can also honestly say that if I hadn't met Matt I wouldn't have enjoyed food as much as I have, and for that I am thankfull.
