| Introduction | I am a textile artist, Author and tutor living in the town of Swindon in the beautiful county of Wiltshire. I have been stitching all my life but only started studying it seriously in 1990 when I discovered City and Guilds embroidery. Since then I have taken a felt making certificate and also a HNC in stitched textiles.I now specialise in machine embroidered silk bowls,felt making & layering fabrics to make accessories.I am a member of the Marlborough & District Embroiderers Guild and co founder of the Great Western Embroiderers, a group of Mixed media artist.I also write murder mystery plays!
