| Introduction | We are Mike, Emily, Collin, Lilly, Ryker, Jacob, and Skip. Lilly and Ryker are our angels. Lilly was born with a condition called Holoprosencephaly and lived 5 weeks. Ryker was born a short one year nine days later with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome and lived seven weeks. Because of our high percentage of risk with another heart defect, we chose adoption. Collin is our adoption miracle and we adore him. Jacob overcame many struggles to become part of our family, battling Hydrops and a Coarctation of the Aorta, which he had repaired at six days of age. We love to spend time as family and enjoy sharing a glimpse into our lives. |
