About Me

I'm an early 30's, former Midwestern farm-girl, who struggled to start a family. I bear the heartache of two miscarriages and the turmoil of a rough, albeit successful, pregnancy.

My days are spent juggling my roles as a mommy, a wife and an out-of-work, trying to figure out where to go from here scientist. Most days I feel as if I fail miserably at all three.

I manage to stay sane with the help of some amazing people.
