His trademarked Follow-Through® program provides the techniques and strategies for salespeople to take ownership of their sales process – to devote the appropriate amount and frequency of contact after the initial meeting, to generate their own leads through personal marketing and referrals, and to make the marginal sales that might otherwise be overlooked. Steve is a National Director of the NAHB and a State Director for the Florida HBA. He is a Life Director, Vice President of Councils, Life Spike, and Past Chairman of the Remodelers and Custom Builders Council for the Gold Coast Builders Association.
