Occupation was a museum tour coordinator at contemporary art museum for 6 years, now I am a student again
Location Rome, Italy
Introduction I moved to Rome in December of 2008 after being shallowly rooted in Fort Worth, TX. I have always been afflicted with wanderlust and daydreamed of living abroad since I was a little girl. But, my original passion was for the French language and France. Who knew I would fall for a French speaking Italian from Rome. I created this blog for family, friends and curious eyes to chart and narrate my manic journey. The point: to reflect on MY authentic experiences, transitions and hiccups while being a nature loving, francophile Texan in Rome. Not the point: to give you a sugarcoated, postcard view of Bella Italia.

Lionesses have no manes. How do they know when they've grown up?

I am taking a complete guess and going to say that the color of their fur darkens.
