Introduction I've always wanted to travel the world. So, after many years working in British high schools, in 2010 I quit my job, packed a suitcase and set off like Phileas Fog. From travelling around Europe and taking the Trans-Siberian railway through Russia, Mongolia and China, this led to a year of teaching English in a Chinese city and exploring Asia. After starring and writing in a Chinese TV show, my travels took me to USA where I drove from Minneapolis to Seattle witnessing some crazy-ass Americana. After my stint in the US, I lived in Prague for 10 months teaching English and eating dumplings. Three years on and I'm finally back home trying to transition into 'normal' living. Get a job. Start a college course. Endure British weather. All these posts capture the weird, the wonderful and the downright bizarre experiences of living out of a suitcase (and the ups and downs of being a nomad) "Just because you're on the right road, it doesn't mean it won't be rocky"
