For a quarter of a century I have called Charlottesville my home, and for almost as long I have helped others do the same! As I have matured in the business, my real estate practice has grown over the years to include an ever increasing number of 55+ home sellers and buyers. As a result, I have created this blog to help communicate to everyone interested in the homebuying and selling needs/interests of the Charlottesville Senior (or ALMOST Senior!) marketplace!
