| Introduction | I am a Visiting Academic Lecturer at the University of Cyprus where I teach Shakespeare, Poetry of the Early Modern Period and The Body and the Self in Early Modern England. I am a graduate of Trinity College Dublin where I obtained my PhD in 2006 for a dissertation on madness in the works of William Shakespeare. Among other projects I am currently writing a monograph on the neoclassical sources of Shakespeare's tragedies.
