| Introduction | Webb Roberts is a research scientist with the Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI). He is GTRI's lead engineer on the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM), and is author of the NIEM Naming and Design Rules (NIEM NDR), as well as the NIEM High Level Version Architecture. Webb is also GTRI's lead engineer on the C2 Core, an exchange model for command and control, built as an extension of UCore. |
