Introduction | I received my B.S in Fitness and Wellness in 2003. I am also an ACE Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist, certified to work with Pre and Post Natal women or special populations (those with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, metabolic disorders) I have worked in both Physical Therapy and Cardiac Rehab settings and have experience as a land and aquatic Personal Trainer. I have found that it is hard for women to find out what they should and shouldn't be doing during and after pregnancy, how to continue running, wear a splint for diatasis and to prevent and fix issues such diastasis recti, stress incontinence, prolapse, posture, back and hip strength.
