About Me

I was partner at the UK firm Underwoods. Chambers Guide 07 refers to Underwoods as “a highly influential firm…pioneered offshoring of legal work.” My interest in legal outsourcing stems from early 2004 when I created a system to outsource cases to the firm’s South Africa office. In 2006 I joined LawScribe as VP of Sales & Marketing. LawScribe has since become one of the world’s leading Legal Process Outsourcing companies, and in April 2008 was recognized by TIME® Magazine as an industry leader. I developed a State Bar accredited MCLE course on the ethics of legal outsourcing, the first such course by any LPO. I am Chair of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) Legal Outsourcing Chapter and privileged to be regarded as an authority in the field of legal outsourcing. I have been invited to address conferences by prestigious organizations including, U.C. Berkeley School of Law, Financial Times and Association of Legal Administrators. My articles, “Accreditation for the Legal Outsourcing Industry” and “LPO, 2007 & Beyond”, have been widely acclaimed and published as white papers by the American Bar Association, Legal Process Outsourcing Network, and IAOP.
