I’m Susan Buhr, and I write the Stepwise Family blog to help individuals and families transition to more sustainable lifestyles. I am an environmental and personal coach (StepWise Coaching, LLC), and I have been a scientist and educator at CIRES, at the University of Colorado, Boulder, since 1989. At CIRES, we do environmental sciences research, and even though I hear the latest environmental news every day, it is still takes effort to know what decisions to make in our own family lifestyle.
