| Introduction | Hmmm. Well, I spend way too much time trying to think up amusing and pithy responses to questions like this. Beyond that, I used to dream of growing up to be tall and thin, with long blonde hair, and living in California as a much-sought-after actress with a men like Harrison Ford falling all over me. The reality...I'm short with medium-length hair that is browning (and greying) with...uh...wisdom. Yeah, that's it! I used to live in New England where we had sun and 70 degrees on April 1st and an inch of snow on April 5th. Right now I'm living a little northwest of Atlanta, GA. I can't act my way out of a paper bag, and the only men falling all over me these days are my children and dog. The dog, big, tall, somewhat uncoordinated goofball (nicknamed "Goofus" by one of the local neighbors) that he is, falls all over himself too, so he doesn't really count. Plus, I think I'm much happier with my reality than I'd be with that old dream anyway. (Imagine Harrison Ford falling for Calista Flockhart instead of moi. Hmmph!) SPLORT! |

When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
No, I'm pondering the consequences. Hit it, and I gain 10 minutes of snooze while losing 10 minutes of time to make and enjoy a pot of coffee. And not be quite so rushed. I like building snooze time into my mornings. Get the best of both worlds that way.
