| Introduction | Welcome, To our 5 acre home located just south of the "Little Alsace of Texas" also we are mostly southwest of the beautiful Texas Hill Country but slightly North east of the Chihuahuan Desert, the last a point that I would gladly argue. Here I will blog about daily up keep of our homestead and the care of our animals. I will speak about my Catholic Faith that is so near and dear to my heart. Basically this is a place for me to record my thoughts and my day to day grind. Of coarse I hope that a few of you might find it interesting.
