Introduction	I live on a hobby farm in Northern California, surrounded by an assortment of rescued animals, plus four sweet children, and one very understanding husband. When not cleaning stalls, I can be found pursuing my loves of dressage and eventing, retraining former racing Thoroughbreds, rehabilitating neglected horses, and driving children to Pony Club lessons. This blog, "Saving Argus," started simply as a way of keeping people involved in his rescue informed of his progress. Now readers from around the world follow Argus' story. It is my hope that this blog inspires people to take action when they see an animal in a bad situation. I also hope that it inspires readers to slow down and honor the often overlooked little moments of beauty in their lives. In a world gone slightly upside-down, we need good stories.
