| Introduction | My name is Mauricia Marsha Maloney, but my friends call me Marsha. I'm the last of nine (9) children, which is great. Even though I'm from a large family, I was, while growing up not really a part of it because my siblings were so much older than I was - the closest being seven (7) years my senior. I must admit though, I was and still am very loved and a little spoilt by everyone especially my mother who was and continues to be my best friend and the best mother a girl could ever want or need. I owe all that I am as a person to her love, devotion and support. I have been a teacher at Cowen Hamilton Secondary School for the past eight (8) years where I teach Electronic Document Preparation and Management (formerly typewriting), Office Administration and Information Technology (Forms 1 and 2). Teaching for me is not just a profession it is a passion and because of the support of my darling, I am mastering my passion through continued education in the B Ed programme at UTT, Corinth Campus. |
