| Introduction | We retired in June of 2000 in our 36' motorhome. After traveling for 4 1/2 years it was time to supplement the income again....so it was back to work. In 2006 we traded in the motorhome on a 37 foot HR Presidential 5th wheel, and as of March 2008 we were back traveling the by-ways and highways of the US with our little traveling companions Indy(a Yorkie) and Walker (a Maltese). We do still supplement our income by gate guarding for the oil companies in south Texas for3-4 months a year. We have enjoyed our many years of travel and have many wonderful memories but are slowing down. We purchased a lot at the Escapee park in Hondo, Texas in March of 2014 and will probably spend our winters there and do a little traveling in the summer to visit family and friends. |
