About Me

Ann Weaver and Bill Steddum are a husband and wife real estate team with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company. We wanted to provide Straight Talk to our clients and customers about the DFW Real Estate market especailly as it applies to Ellis County and Southern Dallas County. With over 25 years of combined experience, Bill and Ann have become experts in residential real estate and have helped literally thousands of families achieve their dreams of home ownership. Prior to returning to sales in early 2008, Bill managed the Number One Office for CENTURY 21 Judge Fite and often his office finished as one of the Top 21 Offices in the entire CENTURY 21 system of over 8,000 offices. While Bill was busy leading his office, Ann continued to perform as an award winning agent for CENTURY 21 Judge Fite. In 2008, Bill and Ann’s first year back selling together, they finished the year as the Top Producing Team for CENTURY 21 Judge Fite in all measurable categories.
