As CEO of Converge, Frank Cavallaro leads the organization with over two decades of experience in electronic component distribution and delivering unique supply chain solutions throughout the technology industry. With domain expertise in sales, marketing and operations management, Frank has a cross-functional approach and global business acumen that are fundamental in successfully driving the strategic direction of Converge and in building a customer-driven, value-focused company. Frank holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and legal studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and currently sits on the board of the Independent Distributors of Electronics Association.
