About Me

Being a full-time pastor gives me great opportunities to witness many extraordinary stories of ordinary people shaped by God in this fuzzy and fractured world. Photography is my way of recording these moments. Sometimes it takes more than a few seconds to do that, and sometimes it’s as quick as 1/8000 of a second. But since we are all ordinary people here, I’ll just say it’s somewhat like a blink (which is approximately 300 to 400 milliseconds according to Wikipedia). I have had a deep fascination with the concept of light for a long time, both in the biblical and photographic sense of the word. I love the contrast between total darkness and pure light, between black and white photography, between Man and God. We live in a dialectic world, where opposites attracts and paradox exists in simple everyday living. Now, a little about my personal life. My wife, Shih-Huei, and I have been married since 31 Dec 2004 and are proud parents to our lovely baby boy, Ezra, who has just turned one recently. Children grow up so fast and before you realize it, they will soon be parents to your grand-children in just a blink of an eye. iblinkphotography.blogspot.com

Do you believe that forks are evolved from spoons?

no. although, ontologically speaking, forks and spoons share similar natures, but i believe forks originated from spears used by pre-historic cavemen!
