Introduction	I have a full-time job as a mom, a full-time job at a university, and several volunteer positions that feel like full-time jobs. I struggle to maintain my own separateness as a person while also wrangling my ADHD-diagnosed son, my ADHD-undiagnosed husband, an errant dog, a multitude of work projects, a church committee, and a dozen cub scouts. It's not easy.
