| Introduction | A Software Developer (M.C.A.), who changed his career to Java/J2EE based software development in 2004. In the last 7 years of contracting, I have worked for 3 different organizations both medium and large. For each contract I held, on average attended 20-25 interviews with different organizations and in all cases multiple job offers were made. This is attributed to taking the time to prepare prior to job interviews. |
