About Me

I am Karen Y. Johnson, School Board Member for District 6 which includes Nashville, Antioch, Una, Priest Lake, Hickory Hollow and Cane Ridge. Originally from the beautiful hometown of Montgomery, Alabama; married to David and proud mother of two young men Chris and Jon and stepson David all graduates of MNPS; Outreach Director for the Governor's Books from Birth Foundation for the State of Tennessee; and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church under the ministry of Bishop Dr. Joseph Warren Walker III.
