About Me
So the first thing everyone here learns about me is that I'm a Jesuit Volunteer. This does not mean, that I am a priest (at 22 I would be the youngest ordained Jesuit in the history of the world). JVC is a lay ministry mostly for people recently graduated from college. We spend a year of our lives living in community with eachother, experiencing a simple lifestyle in communion with the poor, basing our lives in spirituality, and working for social justice. I live with four other incredible JVs in East Nashville, which is actually a really nice place to live. I am bringing back the fine art of hitch hiking, which my generation has really fallen asleep on the job on. After graduating in May I spent two weeks hitching across the country. Our board chair does not approve of my preferred mode of travel.
