| Introduction | Hi there I’m Suzanne - but also answer to Suze, Suzy, Suz or similar! I’ve just this year 2011, turned 40 and thought I would share some of my funny stories / ramblings / musings / rantings etc. past and present - I may of course just be ‘talking’ to myself, but writing it in a blog seems more acceptable than to be seen or heard telling invisible people! :) I live with a lovely man - together for 17 years - two gorgeous dogs and a rescued chicken! So why ‘Hotdogs and Slippers’ as my blog name? Well I seem to spend much of my life these days chopping up hotdogs for training treats for dogs (oh yes, forgot to mention I’m now a dog trainer and behaviour specialist) - despite being a vegetarian, these items are always found in my fridge! The slippers part - well - I also spend much time trying to find the ‘other slipper’ after one of my lovely dogs has secreted it away somewhere! As she‘s usually snuggled up asleep on it, I often end up with one cold foot! So since my career change a few years ago, life is no longer about what outfit I should wear to the office - instead - it’s about hotdogs and slippers! |
