In 2003 I started a career management and outplacement firm named Janzen & Associates, LLC on the belief that there is fulfilling work for everyone, and life is too short and work too big of an influence to be in the wrong job. Over a thousand clients later - apparently lots of people agree! We help people reach their career goals and create work happiness through Career, Business and Executive Coaching; Training, and Outplacement.
