| Introduction | TIBRA FOUNDATION MISSION STATEMENT The Tibra Foundation is a public non-profit organization dedicated to serving women of Libyan descent through community-sponsored projects. The Tibra Foundation is committed to enhancing the quality of life for Libyan women within and beyond the Libyan community. Tibra’s vision is to: ➢Promote leadership, education, and career advancement as a means of furthering the role of women in their local and extended communities. ➢Network women of Libyan descent from around the world. ➢Build a bridge to connect women of Libyan descent with their peers inside Libya. ➢Connect women of Libyan descent with women of other origins around the world as a means of promoting mutual understanding and cooperation. ➢Further the common welfare and wellbeing of women in particular and the community in general. |
