Visit www.scottmccullar.com Scott McCullar is a comic book writer and an artist who has written and drawn for various comic book publishers such as Shooting Star Comics, West End Games, DC Comics, Elfin Kids and IDW Publishing. McCullar is also the Creative Design Coordinator for Springfield College in Illinois - Benedictine University in the publications and marketing department. Scott McCullar has also taught various drawing, printmaking and computer art courses since 1997 at the college. McCullar graduated from Springfield Southeast High School (‘89) and received his B.F.A. from Illinois State University (‘93) where he concentrated his studies in traditional printmaking and drawing. McCullar has exhibited his personal studio work in galleries across the country and also works as a freelance illustrator. Scott resides in Sherman, Illinois with his wife, Roxie, and their two children, Rachel and Mitchell. Scott studies Yoshukai Karate and kobudo. He also enjoys playing his Fender bass guitar and collecting old G.I. Joe action figures when he's not in the art studio.
