About Me
My name is Donna Clair. I live and paint in Taos, New Mexico, USA. Taos is a well-known artist's haven nestled in a lovely valley surrounded by mountains and beautiful wilderness areas. I moved to the high desert country of the Southwest from Chicago in 1967. At first I lived in Santa Fe for many years, then moved to a horse ranch on the outskirts of a small village called Truchas high in the Sangre de Cristo mountains. For the past twenty years I have made my home in Taos Valley. My website at www.donnaclairart.com is a journal of my time spent in northern New Mexico, my visits to Guatemala and Mexico and my life in Taos. ENJOY! To purchase paintings or prints: Please call studio (575)758-7454. All major credit cards are also accepted through my studio.
